  • Between users as part of the service (e.g., when you apply to a job, your application details are shared with the job poster; employers can view applications for their jobs).

  • Legal and safety when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security of users and the platform.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. Retention periods can vary depending on the type of data.

  • Access/Update: You can review and update certain profile information in the app.
